ELLEN HUMA
     
Ellen is a Co-founder and member of Mosala-MASEDI Publishers and Booksellers cc. She was a CEO and member of a Consulting firm called, “The People Shop cc” whose primary focus was People Performance for 4 years and thereafter ventured in a Transport and Logistics as a business member of Dijanaga Transport and Logistics cc.    
 
She was previously a sole-owner of Pudulogo Human Resources Training and Development Initiatives cc for 4 years, providing skills programmes to major companies and Institutions such as among others, CSIR and Department of Health respectively.
 
Ellen participated actively as a project manager and Skills Development Facilitator of the initial implementation of the late Goodwill Ambassador’s Skills Exchange Project in 2003 with success.  
 
Her passion in the implementation of the Craft Skills Exchange programme was established to add value to the aspirations of the late Mama Miriam Makeba’s ideals and aspirations.
 
Her excellent business and consulting track record acquired over a period of many years in the corporate world, coupled with diversified expertise and academic as well as professional background enables her to adapt to participating in any field of business.
 
Ellen’s academic background includes among others:  
•    Diploma in General Nursing Science and Midwifery - Baragwanath 
     (Chris Hani Hospital),  
•    BA (Cur) - UNISA,  
•    MBA - De Montfort University (Leicester City - UK),
•    Certificate Programme in Human Resources Management - (UNISA),  
•    Strategic Leadership Programme - GIBS-Pretoria University (IWF),  
•    Skills Development Facilitator-Sectoral Services Education and Training Authority (SETA), as well as many short courses she attended
     for personal growth, development and skills enhancement purposes.
 
As a member of Mosala - MASEDI Publishers and Booksellers cc, Ellen is responsible
for Business Processes and Best Practice to ensure adherence to quality standards as well as enhance customer service.
