In accordance with the applicable law, we process information pertaining to our clients for purposes of sales, returns or refunds. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. If the suspicion of a breach of security arises, the client must notify us immediately.
Payment:
Payment should be transferred within 5 days of placing an order and proof of payment sent to Mosala-MASEDI Publishers and Booksellers c.c, failing which, the order will be cancelled and not be processed.
Returns:
Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered.
Force Majeure:
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside the control of Mosala-MASEDI Publishers and Booksellers c.c (“Force Majeure Event”).
A Force Majeure is any act, event, omission or accident beyond the control of Mosala-MASEDI Publishers and Booksellers c.c and includes , but not limited to :
Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action. Natural disaster. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war. Contractual obligations will be suspended during this time and suspension will be extended during Force Majeure.
